5. While issuing a traffic ticket (the last thing someone wants after getting a ticket owes you a beer)
6. Doing surveillance (let’s be quiet)
7. While undercover (possible as long as you don’t use your station’s coin)
8. During a shootout (no one will hear the coin over the bullets)
9. During a lineup with a victim
10. While your receiving an award from the Mayor
